Return & Refund Policy

In case you find any problems, damages or defects in the products you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the product. On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will either replace the product or refund the entire does not allow returns on the following.

  • Hygiene Products that are opened and/or used
  • Cleaning Liquids, Fragrances & deodorants will not be returnable unless containing a manufacturing defect that can be proved.
  • Any Used Merchandise

Please note that the product should be unused with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.

To ensure that we can initiate the process of return, you would need to send us the Courier company name and the AWB number through which you have returned the product(s) to us. Please note that no return process would be initiated if these details are missing. These details can be sent to us via email at or by calling us on +91-9898060885 (From 08:00 to 18:00 India Time).

To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, please ensure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. The return process would be initiated once we have received the product and have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused and in good condition.

Refund Policy
Return of an item is allowed, if the product has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition. The other occasions that a return would be reasonable, would be when a wrong product has been delivered. In the event of a return of a product, the seller does not undertake to arrange collection or pick up from the place of delivery and the buyer would remain responsible for the return of the product such that it is received in a saleable condition. The return charges shall be refunded to the returnee on successful return , not exceeding the Delivery charges listed for the product.

The product is to be returned and the dispatch details to be e-mailed to the customer care ( e-mail- / and an acknowledgement obtained. The customer shall retain the proof of delivery (PoD) till the product is acknowledged to be in the custody of (INDECOR) INDECOR.

Upon receipt of the returned product, any kind of damage to the product or the packing itself, cosmetic or functional, that renders the product un-saleable will be ineligible for refund.
Products under the eligible period of warranty ( currently ONE Year in India ) with a residual period on the date of receipt, requires to be returned by the customer with a verifiable copy of the Invoice and a defect report, also detailing the nature and usage environment.

In the event of an inability to repair or replace the product due to the product being discontinued, or an unlikely availability beyond 75 days, or an inability of the customer to wait beyond this period, then the cost of the product would be refunded on a pro rata basis for the residual period of warranty from the date of report to the day prior to the date of invoice, the next year.

On all the above occasions, the assessment of INDECOR, will be deemed final and follow up action commensurate to this policy, shall be the responsibility of the Company.

In the event of a legal dispute/reference, it shall be remedied within the jurisdiction of the Courts in Thiruvanathapuram and this shall be binding on both parties, hereafter.
